Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 4 years Integer related work experience
  • 5-7 years light assembly experience
  • Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices
  • Ability to perform majority of department operations
  • High school graduate or equivalent education

Nice-to-have

  • IPC soldering standards certification
  • Medical device industry experience
  • Technical training in welding or material science
  • One year related quality experience
  • Associate's degree preferred

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years Integer related work experience
  • 5-7 years light assembly experience in regulated industry
  • High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
  • Proficiency with hydraulic and mechanical presses
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and standard work
