Key Requirements

  • 15 years of Heavy Industrial project management experience
  • Proven experience managing large-scale industrial projects with budgets of $150 million or more
  • Advanced knowledge of construction industry and company operations
  • Advanced understanding of contract language, commercial and schedule risk
  • Ability to lead and run effective site meetings
  • Advanced verbal, written, interpersonal, and public communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of different construction methods, sequencing, potential problems, and timelines
  • Advanced knowledge of project management and estimating software programs
  • Ability to work required project hours in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to proactively identify and mitigate/manage risk
  • Advanced ability to solve problems
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
  • Proven track record to manage trade partners’ performance
  • Advanced contractual knowledge and ability to lead contract management
