Job Summary
Performs and provides accurate laboratory test results on human patients, prepares and issues blood components for patient transfusions, and assists in the collection and transport of patient samples.
Operates complex specialized laboratory instruments and instructs other personnel in their use, while also supervising, training, and reviewing the work of students and lower-level technicians.
