Job Summary
This role sets the strategic direction and leads the execution of talent acquisition for designated business units within a global insurance organization.
The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team of 8–10 professionals while partnering with executive leaders on workforce planning and organizational design.
Candidates must be willing to work on-site in the office four days a week in one of the preferred locations including New York, Jersey City, Washington DC, Atlanta, or Charlotte.

Base: $150,000-$180,000 (NYC); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus per incentive plan; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health, wellbeing, and professional development
