Job Summary

  • The Technical Relationship Management team is responsible for proactively working with Strategic Accounts globally, with the prime goal of being a single point of contact for all technical questions and/or firm-wide issues and interactions at the Account.
  • Directly assist in Technical Relationship Management workflows to ensure a positive user experience leading to user and usage growth, helping to facilitate renewals.
  • Be part of a client-facing team gaining exposure to technology, project management, and relationship management.
