Job Summary

  • As Consultant - Customer Engagement you will ensures that customer issues and concerns are answered efficiently and effectively.
  • You will be answering/making calls to policy holders to assist/verify them, processing verification forms, and assisting customers with any queries/questions/complaints both verbally and in writing.
