Job Summary

  • This position provides dedicated support to our TOMS customers, proactively monitoring package status and engaging with local centers to identify and resolve issues.
  • Agents are responsible for providing a 30-minute response time through the cloud-based FRESHDESK platform and serving as the single point of contact for critical escalations.
