Job Summary

• The Commercial Underwriter’s primary responsibility is to produce and underwrite new and renewal commercial bond business while maintaining and building productive relationships with our network of independent agents and brokers.
• The person in this role should be a self-motivated individual with the responsibility to cultivate and maintain a profitable commercial book of business by using sound judgment when assessing risk and providing excellent service to our agents and customers.

Base: $74,320 - $102,190; Bonus/Equity: 20% bonus potential; Benefits: Multiple health, dental and vision insurance plan options and optional life, disability, and AD&D insurance, 401(k) with employer match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, PTO, corporate holidays and floating holidays, parental leave.
