Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local standards.
You will participate in developing policies, managing staff assignments, and coordinating with physicians to ensure continuity of care for residents in a long-term care setting.
This role requires maintaining a safe environment, conducting daily rounds, and actively participating in committee meetings such as Infection Control and Quality Assessment.
