  • The Child and Family Practitioner will be responsible for providing services to vulnerable children, young people and families within the Family Intervention Service (FIS).
  • This role provides a holistic response to the needs of families whose children are at imminent risk of out of home placement or requiring reunification following a period of out of home care.
