Job Summary

  • The Director of Pricing & Contracting is responsible for developing and leading strategic pricing recommendations that support enterprise objectives and ensure competitive market positioning.
  • This role leads pricing and contract research, advanced analytics, and gross-to-net forecasting to inform data-driven pricing decisions and ensure alignment with reimbursement and access dynamics.
  • The Director develops and delivers executive-level pricing and contracting materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Board of Directors (BOD) meetings, clearly communicating pricing strategies, financial implications, and key decision considerations to senior leadership.
