Developmental Social Worker Diploma or equivalent
Two years experience with developmental disabilities
Valid Ontario Class G Driver's license
Criminal Records Check with vulnerable sector screening
First Aid & CPR with Defibrillation training
Non Violent Physical Crisis Intervention Certification
Nice-to-have
Medication administration training and experience
Lift and transfer training and experience
Experience with Applied Behaviour Analytic programming
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to develop therapeutic relationships
Key Requirements
Completion of accredited 2-year post-secondary program in Human Services
Minimum 2 years experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
Current First Aid & CPR with Defibrillation certification
Current Non Violent Physical Crisis Intervention (CPI) certification
Valid Ontario Class G Driver's license and access to own vehicle
Satisfactory Criminal Records Check with vulnerable sector screening
