Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years experience in cell therapy
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
Expertise in FACT/JACIE standards
Fluent English spoken and written
Experience with site activation and logistics
Nice-to-have
Advanced scientific degree preferred
Project management certification (PMP/CPHQ)
Experience across academic and sponsor settings
Early-phase delivery across product lifecycle
Familiarity with multiple therapeutic areas
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferably in Nursing
8+ years progressive leadership in cell therapy
Thorough knowledge of cell therapy standards/regulations
Ability to travel up to 50%
Experience selecting and overseeing external providers
