Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to current federal, state, and local regulations.
You will assist the Director of Nursing in developing policies, participating in quality assurance programs, and managing staff assignments to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
This role requires active participation in committee meetings, conducting daily rounds, and ensuring all personnel comply with safety standards and infection control procedures.
