Job Summary
This position serves as a key leadership role within the SOAR initiative, a multigenerational study focusing on bio-psycho-socio-environmental models of distress and resilience.
The manager will provide direct oversight of navigator teams to ensure the execution of support interview processes and community engagement plans across the State of Ohio.
Responsibilities include supervising diagnostic interview staff, managing emergency behavioral health call-ins, and collaborating with stakeholders in public health, justice, and law enforcement sectors.

Key Requirements
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Education
Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor-Clinical Supervisor (LICDC-CS)
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
Supervision designation required
5 years of relevant experience
2 years working with patients with mental illness or substance use disorders
