Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for the maintenance, operation, and ongoing performance of all mechanical and electrical building systems, ensuring optimal functionality and minimal disruption to occupants.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant health and safety legislation including CDM Regulations, PUWER, and LOLER.
