Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in energy efficiency, clean energy program management, electrification, or consulting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Energy, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Finance or related discipline (or 1 year of experience per year of education)
  • People Management experience
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CEM, BPI, LEED-AP, or Six Sigma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools
