Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • ServiceNow FSM, TPSM, and ITSM expertise
  • Data Center Operations support
  • Operational workflow design and governance
  • Backlog management and prioritization
  • Cross-module integration and CMDB data integrity

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with global or multi-site data centers
  • Familiarity with CSDM and operational CMDB models
  • Strong stakeholder leadership and enablement
  • Ability to work independently in complex environments
  • Collaboration with Enterprise Architecture and Development teams

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years ServiceNow Product Owner or Business Analyst experience
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CIS (ITSM, FSM, TPSM)
  • Experience supporting data center or infrastructure-based services
  • Ability to work independently with minimal daily instruction
