Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Identity protocols such as SAML, OIDC, OAuth
User access management and compliance
Incident response for IAM
Collaboration with security and engineering teams
Nice-to-have
Experience with Active Directory and scripting
Familiarity with ITSM tools like Jira and ServiceNow
Knowledge of compliance standards SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS
IAM-related certifications or coursework
Interest in cloud IAM integrations with AWS or Azure
Strong analytical and communication skills
Teamwork and collaborative work environment
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in technical or quantitative discipline
Around 1 year experience or internship in IAM or IT security
Basic understanding or experience with SailPoint platform
Familiarity with Okta and identity management concepts
Knowledge of identity protocols SAML, OAuth2, or OIDC
Exposure to Active Directory and scripting
Awareness of compliance standards SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS
IAM-related certifications or coursework preferred
