Job Summary
This is a seasonal position for the 2026 San Diego County Fair and Del Mar Thoroughbred Club's Summer Live Meet horse racing season.
Cooks must fulfill service per Banquet Event Orders and be creative in designing buffet food presentations.
Stewards are responsible for transporting equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and managing inventory efficiently.
