This role will entail working closely with the Board of Directors & the senior management.
Be responsible for legal entity corporate governance and other legal entity management solutions with the objective of improving the efficiency, quality & productivity.
Maintain high ethical standards including integrity and honesty, ability to work on strict timelines and capable of advising Senior Management and Board in the best interest of the company and in compliance with the local laws.
