Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
5+ years experience in finance roles
Experience with financial planning and analysis
Variance analysis and budgeting skills
Stakeholder coordination across multiple markets
Nice-to-have
CPA/CA certification or MBA preferred
Experience in biopharmaceutical sector
PowerBI dashboarding and visualization skills
Fluency in French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese
Commercial function support experience
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
5+ years of relevant finance experience
CPA/CA or MBA (plus)
