M&T Bank is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst I - Document Custodian to monitor and conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively

Job Summary

  • Monitors and/or completes audits of activities of a more basic nature within an assigned area of the Bank to ensure adherence to internal policies, processes and external regulations.
  • Communicates findings to appropriate parties to mitigate recurring issues of the same nature.
  • Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
