Platform Science is seeking a Benefits/LOA Compliance Specialist to ensure the governance and regulatory compliance of its benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of HR experience, particularly in benefits compliance, and will work closely with employees across multiple states
Job Summary
This role serves as the central compliance authority for multi-state benefits administration ensuring all plans meet federal and state regulatory standards.
The successful candidate will lead annual open enrollment processes, manage 401(k) compliance testing, and serve as the primary liaison to benefits vendors and brokers.
