Job Summary
Greets guests in the lobby and fulfills hospitality requirements for all visitors during operating hours.
Provides service and assistance for all Conference Center guests, including delivering items to rooms and arranging reservations.
Maintains the highest level of guest relations, assists with luggage, and provides tours of the property.
