Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and possess at least a 10th-grade education to perform essential duties such as monitoring vitals and assisting with personal care.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information while ensuring resident safety by promptly reporting accidents, incidents, and changes in condition.
