Job Summary
KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice combines top people and game-changing technology to give our clients confidence across the transaction life cycle.
In this role, you will leverage your deep accounting expertise and deal strategy knowledge to advise clients on complex accounting, financial reporting, and transactional matters related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, group reorganisations and other deal-related activities.
The role involves assisting clients in getting ready for first time audits or providing audit readiness support and providing on-call technical accounting assistance.
