Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years real estate operations experience
University education in operations management
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice-to-have
Professional designation CPM or FMA
Certification in commercial construction
Proactive self-starter approach to work
Willingness to travel domestically
Experience in fast-moving environment
Key Requirements
Five (5) or more years' experience in real estate operations
University education preferably in operations management
Criminal record check required
English and French language proficiency at Intermediate level
