5+ years PLC-controlled automation experience
Ladder Logic and structured programming expertise
Siemens Allen-Bradley or Codesys proficiency
2+ years robotics work cell experience
Leadership in directing and mentoring engineers
Nice-to-have
Advanced degree in relevant engineering field
Experience with RSLogix5000 Studio and FT View
Remote technical support capabilities
Continuous improvement mindset
Industrial electrical experience with 480V 3-phase
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or equivalent
5+ years of professional PLC programming experience
2+ years of robotics work cell experience
Proven leadership experience in training automation engineers
