  • Apex/VF/Lightning Web Components
  • Build and maintain Knowledge Base Articles
  • Programming abilities in Java, PHP, Python, Ruby, .NET, JavaScript, Perl
  • Knowledge of Internet development technologies

Key Requirements

  • Knows how/when to escalate customer issues
  • Understanding of database concepts and SQL
  • Comfortable interacting with other departments and management
