Candidates must possess extensive experience in military and commercial SATCOM terminal requirements, validation, and certification across LEO, MEO, and GEO constellations.
The position requires coordinating systems engineering tasks throughout the product lifecycle while managing technical definition, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.

Must-have
Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering
10 years Antenna Design experience
5 years team leadership experience
Reflector and phased array antennas
RTCA DO-160 MIL STD810 qualification
Link Budget Analysis and SATCOM terminal performance
Nice-to-have
Technical airworthiness regulatory requirements
DO178 / DO254 certification process knowledge
Positive mindset and proactive approach
Excellent communication skills
Team player with flexible approach
Key Requirements
Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering
At least 10 years work experience on Antenna Design
At least 5 years leading teams of Engineers
Familiarity with RTCA D0-160, MIL STD810, MIL STD461
Experience with MODEM integration for multiple orbits
