5+ years of related experience
Fluency in English and French/German
Proven consultancy and/or sales experience with global payroll processes
Excellent understanding of distributed workforce solutions and international HRIS
Very good understanding of sales cycles and sales processes
Strong technical aptitude
Demonstrated ability to employ consultative techniques
