Job Summary
The role requires planning, developing, and directing the facility's infection control program in strict accordance with current CDC, OSHA, and local regulations.
The incumbent must monitor all personnel practices regarding blood/body fluid exposure and ensure proper implementation of standard/universal precautions across all nursing units.
This position involves providing direct nursing care, conducting case findings, and assisting in the development of care plans for residents with communicable or infectious diseases.
