Salary
Base: $140,000.00 - $164,700.00 per year; Bonus: Incentive eligible under corporate bonus programs; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K match up to 7.5%, stock discount
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Deep AI fluency and daily tool usage
Proficiency with AI-native development tools
Experience delivering AI-powered business solutions
Applied generative AI concepts (LLMs, RAG)
End-to-end solution creation from concept to deployment
Nice-to-have
Python and SQL proficiency
Cloud platform knowledge (GCP, AWS, Azure)
Bias toward speed and iteration
Comfortable in ambiguity
Forward-deployed or embedded specialist experience
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, CS, or related field
5+ years combining business expertise with applied AI or data science
Demonstrated ability to deliver AI-powered solutions for business users
