Job Summary
As a member of the Asia Pacific Technical Support hub, you will autonomously manage regional customer portfolios to ensure continued airworthiness and high safety standards for the Airbus Helicopters fleet.
Provide technical support to customers on HUMS and Connected Services, steer request treatment with a clear action plan, and liaise with various Airbus Helicopters stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.
Contribute to the support knowledge base, develop and deliver training programs, and ensure alignment with Airbus export control compliance and airworthiness standards.
