Job Summary

  • As a member of the Asia Pacific Technical Support hub, you will autonomously manage regional customer portfolios to ensure continued airworthiness and high safety standards for the Airbus Helicopters fleet.
  • Provide technical support to customers on HUMS and Connected Services, steer request treatment with a clear action plan, and liaise with various Airbus Helicopters stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.
  • Contribute to the support knowledge base, develop and deliver training programs, and ensure alignment with Airbus export control compliance and airworthiness standards.

Key Requirements

  • Aerospace or Engineering Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
  • at least five years helicopter maintenance experience

  • basic IT network knowledge
