Job Summary
The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating patients, collaborating with healthcare team members, documenting services, and participating in staff training and education.
Key Responsibilities include evaluating patients within 24 hours of physician referral, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and delivering treatment in accordance with physician orders and PT best practices.

Key Requirements
Valid California Physical Therapy License
Current CPR Certification
Experience in geriatrics or rehabilitation medicine preferred

Reliable transportation and/or ability to relocate to Porterville, CA
