Job Summary

  • Recommend and implement solutions that enhance the delivery of HR services (Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Payroll), elevate the employee experience, and enable data-informed talent decisions.
  • Direct the administration of employee benefits programs including health and welfare plans, 401(k), worker’s compensation, leave management, and wellness initiatives.
  • Voluntary full-time employment benefits include medical, dental, and vision; life, AD&D, critical illness, and hospital insurance; short and long-term disability; identity/legal protection; as well as access to FSA and HSA accounts.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or equivalent experience
  • SPHR and/or Certified Compensation Professional certifications preferred
  • Prior Workday experience required
