Job Summary
Recommend and implement solutions that enhance the delivery of HR services (Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Payroll), elevate the employee experience, and enable data-informed talent decisions.
Direct the administration of employee benefits programs including health and welfare plans, 401(k), worker’s compensation, leave management, and wellness initiatives.

10+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience
5+ years of supervisory experience
