CGH Medical Center is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist in medication dispensing and patient record management under the guidance of a pharmacist. The position requires a current Illinois pharmacy technician license, with a preference for candidates who have experience in an acute care or retail pharmacy setting

Job Summary

  • Under the direction of a staff pharmacist, responsible for unit dose, out-patient, intravenous admixture and floor stock areas.
  • Accurately fills medication orders, including Unit Dose, IV, floor stock and new orders in an organized, efficient and timely manner.
