Penn State’s Materials Research Institute (MRI) is seeking a part-time IT User Support Specialist to provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students in the materials research environment.
IT User Support positions perform analytical, technical, and administrative work in support of new and existing computer devices and workstations.
Sample Activities Include - Review and take necessary actions on user ticket, Provide Technical support for lab environment(s), Provide necessary IT training and onboarding for new staff.
