Jane Street is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing and compliance for Hong Kong and Australia, with additional support for other regions. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of payroll experience, particularly in the financial services sector, and possess strong analytical and communication skills

Job Summary

  • This position will support our payroll processing and compliance for Hong Kong and Australia, and provide back-up support for Singapore, India, and the UAE.
  • You will be responsible for the timely preparation and accurate processing of the payrolls, the preparation of compliance-related items, coordination with vendors and providing friendly customer service to colleagues in responding to their payroll queries.
