This role involves leading a squad of 5–7 FTE to own the growth system across the entire merchant lifecycle from acquisition to retention.
You will partner with cross-functional teams including Risk, Compliance, Pricing, and Finance to deliver scalable customer journeys in a regulated environment.
The position requires translating portfolio goals into clear OKRs and driving measurable delivery plans to improve lead quality and onboarding conversion.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years product experience in commercial banking or fintech
Proven track record in mass-managed growth execution
Strong stakeholder partnering across Risk, Finance, and Marketing
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data-driven problem solving
Experience with funnel analysis, cohorting, and A/B testing
Nice-to-have
Working knowledge of SQL and/or SAS data tools
Experience building segmentation-driven retention journeys
Background in pricing/packaging and offer governance for B2B
Comfortable presenting trade-offs to senior leaders
Ability to simplify complex systems into actionable plans
