The Research Senior Associate will serve as the Project Coordinator for the NIH-funded project Optimizing Phonological Awareness Learning (OPAL), a multi-university, longitudinal study.
Responsibilities include hiring and supervising research staff, recruiting and maintaining relationships with research partners, monitoring intervention implementation and data collection, and overseeing human subjects reports.
This in-person position in Columbus, Ohio, may offer a flexible work agreement with some remote work possibilities, and requires regular travel to schools and the research lab.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
