Job Summary

  • This role will be required to support the FCOA Technology team with functional, technical and administrative tasks in project management, incident management and BAU maintenance activities of Financial Crime Compliance systems.
  • Provide technology support for KYC, Name screening and Transaction Filtering systems’ projects, enhancements, issues, maintenance, and general system queries.
  • Engage with various internal stakeholders to communicate accurately and efficiently on project status, risks, and issues.
