Must-have
10+ years global IT delivery experience
3+ years leadership managing IT teams
8+ years systems development work
Strong Data Analytics platform knowledge
Global Markets and Group Risk domain knowledge
Service-oriented technologies implementation
Nice-to-have
Banking industry experience preferred
Highly available application implementation
Effective communication with non-technical stakeholders
Proven result-oriented delivery focus
Experience in large-scale project implementations
Key Requirements
More than 10 years track record in developing global/regional IT capabilities
More than 3 years leadership experience in managing IT delivery teams
Aggregate no less than 8 years in actual systems development work
