Job Summary
This position is responsible for achievement of established revenue, occupancy, resident retention, and leasing goals and objectives.
Supervises the community’s leasing team members by interviewing, hiring, orienting, and training employees, and manages their performance in accordance with Company policies, values, and business practices.

Salary
Base: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: eligible for weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs; Benefits: Competitive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability & Life insurance benefits, Generous Paid Time off, 401(k) with Company Match up to 6%, Paid Parental Leave, 6-Week Paid Sabbatical after 10 years of service
