Job Summary

• The Regional Therapy Advancement Manager (RTAM) is a field-based marketing role within Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology (EP), combining both sales and marketing responsibilities.
• Engage hospital administrators, physicians, and patients to increase understanding of cardiac arrhythmias, such as atrial fibrillation (AFib), and available treatment options including catheter ablation.
• This position is eligible for a company car allowance and participates in a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program.
