Key Requirements

  • PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor's in relevant engineering or physics field
  • Proven experience with discrete power FETs including trench MOSFETs and superjunction
  • Experience with post wafer fab operations and wafer level testing
  • Strong semiconductor physics and device reliability knowledge
  • Proficiency with TCAD and SPICE simulation tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
