Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for delivering the strategic people and culture agenda while partnering with ExCo to create a healthy, sustainable environment.
  • The successful candidate will lead the People & Culture teams including Business Partners, Recruitment, and Learning & Development while managing union relations.
