Key Requirements

  • 5+ years in delivery operations, PMO, service delivery management, or operational governance
  • Experience in professional services, GCC, shared services, or BPO
  • Experience working across time zones and aligning processes without direct authority
  • Proficiency in building and owning Power BI dashboards
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, data modelling)
  • Proficiency in MS 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate)
  • AI and automation mindset
  • Strong written communication skills
