Job Summary
You will build strategic relationships with stakeholders to drive the organization’s technology alignment with business needs and inspire pursuit of the technology vision.
You will lead the analysis, documentation, and delivery of enterprise-wide capabilities for KYC customer lifecycle management, AML workflows, and compliance technology platforms.
You will lead and coach a team of functional business analysts while developing programs to upskill the organization’s workforce in technology.

Key Requirements
Over 15 years relevant banking experience
Deep understanding of Compliance, AML, KYC, CFT, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, and Fraud
Experience with Compliance Technology platforms such as Actimize, Detica, Quantexa
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Technology, Business, or Finance
Familiarity with global regulatory environment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
